A distance of maybe 15 miles and a week later no sign of my chainsaw blades . I contacted their customer service and an email saying they would look into it and come back to me and never a thing after that . Finally Evri ( their courier of choice) contacted me and said they lost the parcel …… Evri and DW Tools go well together as both pretty useless at customer service so as a long time customer I’m finally calling it a day

It’s a saw and it cuts wood effectively. The blade is not solid with the handle when extended. Rattles slightly but cutting on the pull has no negative impact.
Buyers should note that this is not a stand alone "shot blasting kit." You still need to connect it an air compressor which can deliver at least 120 psi. It's not great at delivering the grit through the gun. I found it worked better if placed higher than the gun with a bit of gravity helping it along the tube. This is not clear from the listing.
Haven’t had time to use the cutter yet, but the service was excellent it took less than 2; hours from ordering to receiving very fast

3rd day the Kress mower working and it is so much better than the lower priced budget mowers I have used previously. My lawn is nor perfect yet the Kress has worked without issue. As they say you get what you pay for. It is excellent.
